Welcome to French Country Fridays!
I can’t believe it’s already the first of November! October went by so fast, and now it’s time to be thinking about the holidays. I’m determined to savor the season, so I’m going to start my decorating early this year so there’s time to enjoy it! We’re enjoying cool Autumn temperatures here, and the last few days have been downright cold! The trees have changed to their glorious colors, and are now falling fast and furious, covering the ground, and swirling through the air. It’s been beautiful to watch.
I hope you enjoy this week’s edition of French Country Fridays!
Cheers, Cindy

I am still in love with your blog…No one is as creative and inspiring as you are! Thank you so much for sharing the “how to” of your projects and furniture refinishing. Many bloggers share pics but not details of how it’s done. Keep it up!
Thank you, Julie! You have made my day!
Oh, how very sad. I cannot imagine ever being disappointed in a post from Edith and Evelyn. Cindy, your posts are always inspiring – even some that I’ve read through more than once! I appreciate that your blog educates me about the antiques that you have found. And I love it when you share your techniques for painting and updating your finds. Keep it up – you will never disappoint me!
Thank you so much, Lee! Your kind words mean so much to me!
I never thought I would write this to you, but I am no longer enjoying your post. I use to eagerly look forward to receiving your blog. You had so many beautiful decorating and remodeling ideas. Now it seems all you do is join up with other bloggers. I am really missing the old Edith and Evelyn.
I’m so sorry I’ve disappointed you, Charlotte. Like life, my blog will have peaks and valleys. We’ve been extremely busy with more renovations in our home, that we are doing all ourselves, which is very time consuming. We go at our own pace, and sometimes there is some time in between completed projects and posting on the blog. At the same time, I have a very busy online business that requires lots of attention. So sometimes it’s really hard to get brand new projects posted on the blog. And I don’t want to turn into the blogger that posts every day with posts like “Sixteen ways to fold a napkin”, just to be posting something. I have new projects in the works that I will be showing soon hopefully. But I understand if you want to unsubscribe. Thank you for commenting.
