Now that our master bedroom has been completely renovated, our space is now large enough to hold a beautiful Christmas tree this year. In trying to decide on a theme for the tree, I knew that I wanted something soft and ethereal…..a heavenly tree.
I headed to At Home to shop their amazing Christmas section to see what they had to offer in heavenly decorations for the tree, and I was not disappointed. I’m always amazed, every time I step into the doors of At Home. They have such an amazing selection of home decor, and their prices are fantastic.
At Home Christmas Decor is a one stop shop to design your whole house – every single room. They have an unmatched assortment of indoor and outdoor decor items for Christmas, so I knew I would find exactly what Ineeded for my heavenly tree.
I had already decided that I was going to flock a faux tree for a softer, “snowy” look, and add ornaments in blue, gold, silver, and white. I also wanted to add a few special ornaments in keeping with my “Heavenly” theme.
At Home Christmas Decor is organized into fifteen different themes, so it’s really easy to find what you need! While I was there, I decided to shop through all of the themes to see what was available, and I have to say, each and every section was filled with gorgeousness! So easy to find any decor for any budget, and if you’re in search of a fabulous tree…their Tree for Me tree lot covers an acre with over 100 Christmas Trees!
When I turned into the aisle featuring the Heaven and Earth theme, I knew I had found what I was looking for! The ornaments in this theme were perfect for my master bedroom heavenly tree, and since At Home’s prices are so fabulous, I was able to purchase quite a few of these gilded beauties!
As I was getting ready to head to check out, I passed the Lavish and Luxe themed section and stopped in my tracks. These beautiful glass ornaments would pair beautifully with the others I had picked out.
The ornaments are so pretty, they would be perfect to give as gifts for a teacher, neighbor, or co-worker. I also love embellishing packages with them, making them extra special for the person receiving the gift.
By the way, the flocking spray that I used on the tree also came from At Home. It was so easy to use, spray on, let dry, then decorate. Easy peasy!
This is the first year that I’ve decorated the master bedroom, and I have to say that I really love they way it turned out. Check back in with us tomorrow when we’ll be sharing more of our Christmas touches in the master bedroom.
Do you decorate your master or guest bedrooms? What’s your favorite way to add Christmas touches to those rooms?
Cheers,
Cindy

Thank you Shirley!
It’s perfect, Cindy.
I once did trees throughout the house, and my favorite master bedroom tree was all about pretty little birds. It was magical seeing the little white lights twinkling as we drifted off to sleep. It was probably a safety hazard leaving them on all night, but we survived! I don’t even have time to put up a proper tree in the living room these days…just brought Christmas touches into the space with little vignettes this year.
Merry Christmas to you and your hubby!
Thanks Judy, Merry Christmas!
Cindy, your master bedroom, with or without the Christmas decor, is heavenly! Your tree is amazing! Perfect for your master bedroom. I would love to have a master bedroom big enough for a Christmas tree. We barely have room to walk around with our king sized bed but that is the size we love. Your home is stunning and your master bedroom definitely is heavenly.
Thank you Sandy! Yes, it’s one of the largest master bedrooms I’ve ever had….it’s almost too big! Merry Christmas!

OK, can i just move into your home:) … i love every single bit of it. I wanted to tell you I made the roman shades like yours(i had asked you how) and they are perfect. I have the same material as yours, made a shower curtain too and my family room couch has been covered in that toile for years. And, i just ordered the duvet from Ikea! I’m channeling you. I hope your hearts mend a little each day. cheryl
Thank you Cheryl, that means so much to me! Our hearts are mending, getting better each day. Our memories of Lulu are now bringing smiles to our faces instead of tears. We are thinking that in the Spring, we may start looking for a new fur baby. Thank you for your kind words! Merry Christmas!
Cindy, this is gorgeous, I always wanted a flocked tree, but couldn’t afford it, how did you do it? You are such an inspiration, and the heavenly tree is right up my alley! I wish we had an At Home store in my area, love the “church” like ornaments, just gorgeous, it definitely is ethereal. Wishing you a blessed Christmas holiday season!
Many blessings,
Lisa
Thank you Lisa! I just used a “snow spray” from the home decor store. I also think the home improvement stores has it. Easy to use, just spray on and let dry. I also wanted a little “heavier” snow on some of the branches, so I took some upholstery batting and literally shred bits and pieces of it and poked into the branches! Merry Christmas Lisa! Praying for a wonderful holiday for you and your precious mama!
Gorgeous!
Thanks Carol!
Oh, my word Cindy that is pure gorgeousness! I love the tree in the basket and it is perfectly adorned. Yes At Home is huge, but very organized like you said.
