It’s that time of year again where I’m searching for outdoor inspiration for our back patio.
I spend so much time working on renovating the interior of our home, that the outside gets a little neglected, until suddenly it’s warm weather and I’m in a rush to get it ready to use.
We have a large brick patio on the back of the house and every Spring I’m always looking for new decorating ideas for the summer season.
Magazines are usually my go to source for outdoor inspiration, and one of my absolute favorites is Matthew Mead’s Upstyled Home Outdoors.
If you see it on your newsstand, you must grab a copy.
It’s filled, cover to cover, with fabulous ideas to decorate your own outdoor space.
The first thing I see when I open the cover is this wonderful article on lavender.
I love lavender and, after reading this, I’m seriously thinking about planting some this year.
Do you love window boxes? There are some amazing ideas in this issue for those pretty container gardens.
Growing up, my sweet mama had a yard sale twice a year, one in the Spring and one in the Fall.
Her yard sales grew in popularity because they were always filled with fabulous pieces for the home, and people in our small town looked forward to them every year.
Those memories came flooding back after reading “White Sale”.
You know how I love moss balls….or anything covered in moss, really.
This issue is filled with great ideas using natural elements for your decor.
Love pie? Me too! I loved reading about the old pie tins!
I have to say my favorite article in this issue is, “Holding Court”.
It features a blogging friend of mine, Amy Chalmers of the Maison Decor blog.
She is such a talented lady, and beautiful inside and out.
This feature showcases her swoon worthy courtyard. It is filled with so many amazing details that you will be looking at the photos over and over again, so you don’t miss anything!
This has to be the most stunning backyard renovation that I’ve ever seen.
My favorite has to be the sweet garden shed.
It was originally a chicken coop, found on an adjacent property.
Amy and her husband transformed it into a pretty little garden shed, perfectly reflecting Amy’s gorgeous style.
It makes me want my own little garden shed!
Amy’s courtyard also made it onto the cover of Matthew Mead’s Upstyled Home Outdoors.
A well deserved honor.
I have two issues of this fabulous magazine that we are going to give away to two lucky winners!
To enter, all you have to do is leave a comment and tell me, “What is your favorite outdoor space at home?”
On Friday, May 26th, we will choose the two winners by a random drawing and we’ll notify you be email, so make sure your email is available on your comment!
Good Luck!
Cheers,
Cindy
PLEASE NOTE: THIS GIVEAWAY IS NOW CLOSED.
fave outdoor is backyard, birds & wildlife
Love, love, love it all!
I love outdoor living. Originally from California and now live in OKC. Totally different climates but my hubby and I have adjusted and made a wonderful outdoor living space. My favorite place at Home. You have a beautiful space you will make into something spectacular. Also I love Amy’s outdoor living space. Thanks for sharing your goodies with us.
My favorite spot outside is my front porch, especially when I can enjoy it with my 9 grandchildren. Thanks Cindy for upholding the truly beautiful.
In our side yard, we had a pergola made using antique cast iron columns and cedar wood. We planted wisteria along all four corners, and I hope to get it to eventually grow around the top. I love to relax out there!
We have two patios (front & side) and both of them need work. One of them, my favorite, I guess you could say, since I can see it from my living room, as well as from my bedroom–well, it used to have a deck with arbor and hot tub. But we tore all of that out when the wood became a little too “weathered.” The deck was replaced with a concrete patio and the arbor was replaced with a tin roof. I love the sound of the rain on it! But since it doesn’t extend quite as far as the arbor did, we need a little additional sun protection. I just bought a new “chili-colored” umbrella for our Chippendale-style patio set in anticipation of having it refinished. It will look good against the red-tipped photinas planted in front of the brick wall that encloses our “side” patio.
I am starting our patio this weekend. Flowers, upcycled wood accents, strung lights, candlelier and lace!
When we first came to this 114-year-old house 2 years ago, the back was totally wild, tall weeds, fallen branches. I determined to begin changing it by planting a few hosts 8n a corner, but everywhere I tried to dig, I hit rock. Eventually I uncovered an entire brick courtyard with flowerbeds that were buried under at least 25 years of neglect. Now it’s a shade garden, with such an air of mystery to it, because everywhere you look, you wonder who laid those bricks and marked off those beds, whose children sat on the stone benches. I love beibIng out there
My screened porch!
Our back patio! We’ve painted the floor, added a pergola with twinkle lights, chandelier and curtains….very cozy with a fire. Thanks for the giveaway.
My circular patio. In Fall we add the firepit and pumpkins and in Spring we add lanterns and pots of flowers.
My favorite space is a smallish sunroom Having moving alittle over a year ago its not much But oh my plans !!!! Please enter me in your giveaway I’m sorry for the loss of your sister
linda m
Thank you, Linda.
Hi Cindy, We are closing on our new place June 1st, but I am a gardener so I would say the flower beds. Great ideas in that magazine I have to find it. Thanks, Rachelle
My favorire outdoor space is under my maple tree where I created a lovely sitting area surrounded by metal headboards painted white as fencing. I bought two antique metal loungers and surround them by lots of flowers. It’s my “Heaven on Earth” spot. I would love to win this magazine! Bbosch62@yahoo.com
My favorite outdoor space is my back porch. From it I can watch the house wrens prepare their nest for their eggs. As summer moves gets into full swing I know there will be babies poking their heads out of the birdhouses to be fed as their mommy and daddy arrive with dinner for them. From my back porch I can watch the hummingbirds as they feed on the flowers from the hosta surrounding the porch. I can watch the peonies come into bloom, followed by the prickly pear blossom and then the black-eyed susan. It is a great place to read, have dinner, share a cup of lemonade and drink in the summer sun.
My favorite spot outdoors is on our soon to be front porch, house is still being built. I like to go each day to see the progress and just sit, relax and enjoy the sight in front of our home. We built at the back of 5.70 acres. The view off of our front porch includes a herd of cows. I really enjoy watching the mommas, the calves and the old bull who is black and mostly grey and barely moving. Yet, so protective of the herd. The beautiful Florida sunset can be seen off of this porch, as well. I can’t wait to decorate the porches. We have three, one of the front of the house and one off of each bedroom.
Sherrie, your new home sounds wonderful!
Our outdoor spaces change ofte, as we’re in the military. In fact soon we’re on our way to Hawaii. One of the first thing I do though is buy plants and flowers for the front porch and back deck or yard! I love making our outdoors area look as if we’ve been there for awhile and that it’s home!
I have a French bench and urns that I love! I use them wherever we move 😉
I love my columned back porch which I can see through the French lace curtains of my breakfast room. It’s fun to watch the birds come and go from our church birdhouse.
My favorite outdoor place is my back patio. From there I can see my flowers and my vegetable trug. My little piece of heaven.
My favorite place right now is the tree house. Built over 20 years ago when our daughter was little. She played while we cleared the property. It had a remodel last year with new floors and wire fencing for the sides. Now I need the grandchildren to paint it in crazy colors. Love your blog!
My favorite outdoor space is the back deck. Relaxing in the hot tub and thinking…
On a side note-my deepest condolences for the loss of your dear sister. I’m glad you were able to spend time with her for her last days and tell her how much you love her. I wish you peace and love.
Thank you, Shelley.
Hi Cindy I live in Perth Australia and love my outdoor area and sitting under my pergola where I can hear my pond flowing surrounded by pretty flowers in pots. I have 2 arches covered in Pierre de Ronsard pink roses, a beautiful cascading man and lady statue with an umbrella in another corner. I love French style and try to upcycle articles to place in the garden. They do not sell that magazine here and I would love to read it for inspiration.
Hey Cindy! My favorite outdoor space is my newly created Cafe Bleu, a dark corner previously wasted space. Now, it’s a colorful area with lots of blue accessories, including a vintage blue bicycle! Love it. Can’t wait to find this magazine. Thanks for the tip. Pat @ Bringing French Country Home
Hello Cindy, being in New Zealand, I don’t have access to this magazine, however the articles look very inspiring!
I have been putting the garden to bed for the Winter! I get a lot of pleasure from my roses, which I have quite a number of. I enjoy making up posies of cut flowers, so I can share the beauty of my garden with others.
I’m sending my condolences for the loss of your dear sister. It’s very special that you had that time with her at the end. You will treasure the memories of that time the rest of your days.
Be kind to yourself over the next few months. You’ve been through a lot emotionally.
Don’t worry about your outside area for now. It will still be there next Summer!
” Be still and know that I am God.”
Love and God’s blessings on you and your family. X
Thank you, Dale, for your sweet words. “Be Still…..”, one of my favorite Psalms.
My patio is my favorite outdoor space because I can see my backyard which is surrounded by trees and flower beds to create a natural fence! It’s very quiet and peaceful. Great place to relax.
I love swing I have under an arbor with Wisteria growing on it. It overlooks our fish pond.
Thank you so much for the magazine endorsement. I am looking for ideas for our tiny patio in our new condo home. I look forward to getting the magazine.
Well, my backyard is small, and is the outdoor space there is! I don’t love it yet. We ripped out some red decking but haven’t yet had the funds to finish it off with pavers or pebbles or something. We do have some chairs and a table, though, for al fresco meals or sundowners.
I have a space outside with a table and chairs that I set at some times with my two Golden Retrievers .
Thanks for a chance to win the magazine. I love sitting under my pergolas and sitting in my potting shed watching nature with lots of magazines and books. And of course waiting to read and see another beautiful blog from you!!
My favorite spot is our back deck, secluded and shady ! It’s just a table and chairs, it needs some plants and candles but I love it no matter
My favorite outdoor area is my pergola. Most afternoons you will find me there reading and having a little cocktail. Just made plans to build a firepit so it could become my favorite. I remember yard sales with my mom and aunts. Oh the memories I have of those sweet ladies. Thanks so much for the chance to win the magazine.
My front porch, where I connect with my
neighbors.
I love everything outdoors. I have a deck with an enclosed space and I love it in the mornings and evenings. It is very peaceful and I surround myself w/plants.
We screened in our back deck last year. We really enjoy using it.
Lake house front porch, favorite outdoor space.
My favorite spot is the secret garden, shaded and anchored with a stone bench and surrounded by a large American Holly
Thank you for all those wonderful articles and ideas!! My space is very small but I love every spring as I get to turn it into a country patio.I love to fill it with greens and flowers and use antique pots and benches and tables to display them all. It is my little retreat!!!! I read your postings and sip my home made ice tea.
thank you!!!!
Our patio area is our favorite our door space 🙂
Hard for me to choose between my patio with the pergola and stone wall or my front porch with curtains, large candle chandelier and chippy French furniture finds. The magazine looks fabulous. Looking forward to seeing what you do when you style your patio. Best and continued prayers for you and your family.
Debbie
Great article on outdoor decor. Great ideas. Would love to win this great magazine
Our entry way with a fountain on the wall with a tall wall of fushia colored bougainvillea on either side which is showing off famously just now!
Hi Cindy, how are you sweetie…..hummmm my favorite space in my backyard has to be my deck, it’s so sunny and I love when the sun goes down on those sweet summer nights…I enjoy getting a cup of coffee and sitting out on my deck, planning my day….
How is your dear sister, I pray she is ok…..I find myself thinking about you and your dear sister often and I send a prayer for you and your sister and family…God Bless you and your family.
Smiles~~

Thank you, dear Mari. My sweet sister passed away on the 6th. I was with her the last couple of days and was able to hold her hand and kiss her sweet face as she crossed into The Kingdom. I haven’t been able to write about it yet, just can’t find the words. Thank you for all the wonderful prayers, we felt each and every one of them. {{Hugs}}
I’m sooooo sorry sweetie, I can only imagine your great pain as I write this I find I’m crying for your lost of your dear beloved sister, I know she is in heaven at peace….

My favorite outdoor item is my $45 Gazebo that I scored at a Garage sale!
Wow, Lee, that’s an amazing price!
I love our back yard and back porch. We are surrounded by lots of trees which attract so many of the birds we enjoy watching. And there are squirrels that entertain us. It is so peaceful out there. Sometimes we say it almost puts you in some kind of a lovely trance! I always look forward to your posts, Cindy. Thanks for this one about Amy – she has such a pretty house and now we get to see her garden too!
Thank you for the introduction to this magazine. I don’t have a special spot right now, living in Texas, in a small Victorian, the sun is bright & we are in the process of redoing our back yard. Hope you are doing well!
We have a covered patio with a ceiling fan that we use all the time! We eat, play games and enjoy spring, summer and fall. Thanks for all the work you put into your blog, I love it!
A favorite outdoor space for me is always the entry of a home. It’s where we greet family and friends and it can give a ‘welcome’ without words. Loving lavender and thinking about asking my husband to take a day off and take me to the Lavender Festival in Blanco Texas June 9th -11th. The fields are so beautiful!
My favorite space is our covered patio. We have a big round table for dining, a full sized wicker couch, a rocker, and my mosaic art out there. We love it and use it every chance we get!
My favorite space is around our pool. It is where our children and grandchildren can all be together for fun and meals. Although my other favorite is the deck in the spring and fall! We love being outdoors and I love to style the different areas, so always looking for new inspiration.
Hi Cindy, what a beautiful post about Matthew Mead’s new magazine!
My favorite outdoor space is our terrace right adjacent to the house in the backyard overlooking the garden. We are located on a hill and we also are able to overlook the valley below our property from this vantage point. At night, with all the lights sparkling in the valley it is magic!
I want to let you know that I am a faithful reader of your blog and appreciate and enjoy it very much!
Warm regards,
Christina
We live in Miami, FL and while on most days I give thanks for the privilege of living in paradise, there are some days that are unbearably hot and humid. And let’s not even start in on the mosquitos! However, on the days that are good, oh my goodness, are they GOOD! I have a hammock chair that hangs from the ceiling of our (screened in!) back porch and it is not only my favorite outdoor space, it is my favorite space. Period. Sitting back there, gently swinging with a tall glass of something cold (use your imagination), reading or just looking at the lizards or squirrels dart around the yard is my idea of heaven on earth. And if you listen carefully when the breeze swoops under the canopy of trees, you can hear magic. Enjoy your summer and keep on posting and inspiring us all with your blog!
Hi Cindy, I love sitting on my back patio sipping coffee in the morning. I back up to a wooded greenbelt with a creek running through it and we have a lot of wildlife and birds there. My 3 dogs are usually outside with me, chasing whatever is on the other side of the fence. Could spend all day enjoying my flowers and nature. I love Matthew Mead’s work too. Diana. aafarmboy74@aol.com
My favorite outdoor space is the entrance to our small back yard garden. My husband made a small archway at the gate and ivy is growing over it, there’s a 5′ pebble covered, concrete pad just under the arch and more ivy and heather growing around this area. I love heather and it deters mosquitos too. My cats wonder around in this area too because it is shady and cooler, the stone is worn and soft and especially cool after watering the plants. Thank you for sharing this beautiful magazine my best to you as you “grow” your outdoor space!
My favorite outdoor space is a shady area lining the length of our property border, where I have numerous hostas and perennials growing in a gentle curved line. I have landscape lighting dispersed throughout. It is a work of love and a work of progress. My next ‘wish task” is to flat line the edge of this with old salvage brick I found and somehow incorporate pea gravel. In the midst of my perennials and hostas, I have an old angelic statue of boy holding a goose (which by the way I purchased from you – in a round about way: i reserved it, your asst sold it to someone else, I contacted that person and they then sold it to me). I just love walking along this border with all the natural elements and growth, the colors, the various depths of shade, etc. Its peaceful and calming.
My gazebo in the back yard . I am enjoying watching a cardinal sitting on her nest under my umbrella .
We have lots of wonderful old trees in our backyard, so that’s my favorite outdoor place. Someday I hope to have a she shed out there too!
Good morning from the Pacific NW where you’ll find moss to your hearts content 🙂 Where do I start because I adore our backyard, patio with chess board tiled in, and our outdoor kitchen with fireplace to keep us warm on those chilly nights! However, if I had to pick my absolute favorite it would be my Hydrangea and hosta filled flower bed. It is always a work in progress, but never fails to amaze me with its simple beauty. I love reading your blog and especially seeing your darling little pup!
Hi Cindy! Such beautiful and inspiring images in that magazine! I’d love to be able to flip through it on a sunny calm day in our front courtyard! My husband spent hours and went through about 10 pair of leather gloves leveling and laying paving stones including 2 circular patterns. Our house is shaped like an “L” so the courtyard is quite protected. he added a privacy screen on the other 2 sides and as well, we have large spruce trees. Even though it’s quite private, we can call out to neighbours to join us. We added a cute little fountain in the corner to add that wonderful sound of gurgling water! By far my favorite outdoor space!!

Celia
PS Cindy – back home from France and I did not see any of those white porcelain flowers for your latest chandelier:(
My favorite outdoor spot is my screened porch. It overlooks a large creek and has loads of privacy with huge oak trees. So peaceful. We see deer almost every day come to the creek to drink. We have nesting blue birds and even wild turkeys that come through the yard on occasion! A little piece of heaven for sure.
Currently my favorite outdoor space is my screened-in porch in the back. However, we are moving in a few days and I look forward to finding my new favorite spot at our new house.
We are building a new home and will have a large back deck looking over the mountains. I am looking forward to making that a wonderful outdoor space. Thank you for the chance to win.
Hi Cindy, I receive your blog through my email and love it. Thank you for your time in writing it and the inspirations you give. My favorite space in our yard is under our big water oak, where we have a small arched bridge given to me by our youngest daughter and her husband. Attached to the tree is a large American flag that reminds us of the freedoms given us at the expense of many lives…my husband is a Vietnamese veteran and, thankfully, came home alive. We also have an old washtub that belonged to my grandmother, full of fern, coleus and begonias. We have a beautiful teakwood glider, given to us by our son and his wife for a Mother and Father’s Day gift. We have a bed of hostas where the cutest rabbit statue, given to us by our oldest daughter and her husband, stands guard. And last, but not least, a fat little concrete pig, given to me by my dear mother, resides in the midst of all these special gifts. It’s a place where we watch our grandchildren play, visit with family, cool off after working in the yard and where we just sit and enjoy all the beauty that our precious and kind Almighty God has created for us to enjoy. Outdoors is a beautiful place to be! Thank you again for your blog Cindy. Hope you and all your readers have a lovely day. Smiles, Deborah. 🙂
Good morning my lovely friend! What a fun giveaway! There looks to be a lot of inspiration inside. I would expect nothing less from uber talented Matthew Mead.
Hands down, my favorite outdoor space is my screened in porch. It’s such an extension of our home, and we spend wonderful times having meals, quiet times with the Lord, or chatting and relaxing. It’s fun to incorporate more rustic decor than I would use inside the house.
I hope you have a most beautiful day, and hope to see you soon again.
I’ve been looking for a magazine to subscribe to just like this! Thank you for sharing. I would love a shed like the one pictured in the magazine. Need a space for gardening tools for my favorite space outdoors. Love your blog – always look forward to opening it up to see what’s inside!!!
My favorite outdoor space is our gazebo that my husband built on to our front porch. We sit on the outdoor sofa and watch the sunrise or sunset, storm clouds coming in or just feel the constant breeze that gently blows. I love it!
Hi Cindy, love your home and look forward to your blog! You are one talented lady. My favorite outdoor space is my screened porch. It is a great space for relaxing and entertaining. We can schedule dinners without worrying about bugs or bad weather. It has a bar and comfy furniture. Now if only had a fireplace it would be perfect.
My favorite spot to relax is our gazebo. There is always a breeze and we have very comfortable chairs to nap in. We live in the Mountains and the view is encredible! I love your blog and all your renovations Cindy.
My favorite outdoor space is my front porch. It’s filled with petunias & other plants. I’m looking for a way to style it a little more invitingly though. Thank you for an opportunity to win the magazine!
Good Morning Cindy: My favorite outdoor space is my garden. While it is small, it holds about 62 peonies. Along with boxwood, hydrangea, roses and lilies. It is a grand little space. It brings my husband and I great joy, and it provides great comfort from the rigors of the world.
Thank you for the opportunity to win a copy of the magazine – I know I would thoroughly enjoy it.
Have a lovely day,
Sandra
What a lovely magazine. I have not seen it in our area. I will be looking for it. Thank you for introducing us to the magazine.
My favorite outdoor space is my back porch. We spend many hours there all year round.
I enjoy all your projects in your home, Cindy. Your energy and creativeness amazes me.
Always look forward to reading your posts. My favorite outdoor space is my back yard where I have a 100 yr plus large cupola sitting in a Memory garden that I made honoring my mother following her death in March 1999. The cupola was rescued from the top of a firehouse in Flint, MI which was being demolished. Creating a garden for her that following spring helped me through the grieving process. Mom loved her gardens and I’m sure she would have enjoyed this one.
Diana, I love the idea of a memory garden, honoring your sweet mother. It sounds beautiful and I can only imagine that it brings you great comfort.
Cindy I so look forward to each and every one of your blogs. It’s like Christmas morning when I see it in my inbox. I live in Texas now so my favorite plants do not do well here like peonies and lilacs! My favorite spot in my yard is the arbor climbing with Jasmine, that separates the driveway from the rest of the back yard As you enter, there is a hammock between two trees on the right in a rock bed. When you lie on it you can view the pool and rest of the beds and really the whole yard. It’s a great relaxing spot in the spring and on occasion before it gets too hot in the summer!
My favorite outdoor space is a little 12 x 12 shed that I’ve transformed into my own little oasis. My favorite books and magazines are in there as well as special pictures and mementos that keep my family front and center. I had electricity put in so that I can have lamps, soft music as well as an electric fireplace which, during fall, winter and early spring, is very cozy! I also had a big old vintage window as well as a beautiful antique french door installed from which I can see my rose garden as well as a few bird baths and cherub statues that I have here and there throughout my little back yard. It is very peaceful and serene and whenever I want some alone time, that is where you can find me. I just love it!
Thank you, dear Cindy, for giving us this great opportunity to win a copy of what seems like a lovely magazine. Since the 26th is awful close to my birth date (May 29th), maybe I’ll get lucky … who knows (wink). Blessings dearest Cindy and have a wonderful week! xxx
Your sweet garden shed sounds amazing! I think I want one!
Right now we are in an apartment so my favorite space at the moment is the side of the property that faces Pike’s Peak and has walking trails. Looking forward to my own plot of Heaven on earth.
Wow, what a view you must have, Rebecca!
My favorite outdoor space is a swing (glider like but still a swing) that we have facing our brick patio. It is where I swing with my favorite people when they visit, my granddaughters ages 2, 3, & 4 and grandsons ages 5, 7, & 9.
My favorite outdoor space is my back patio. Even though its small it has lots of charm and i love spending sunny days there. I have lots of flowers, a pretty outdoor rug and comfortable seating. Love your blog
I love my front porch, the afternoon sun just barely comes in and it makes a wonderful place to read.
This publication is amazing!!!! Loved Amy’s feature. She and Matthew are so very talented!!
My favorite outdoor space is our screened in porch!
I have been in my home for over 10 years. We remodeled every room. Two years ago we built a backyard gazebo and it completely changed the way we live! We added fencing and most of the shrubs you suggested in a post. This year we added a pergola just in time for a graduation dinner party and i honestly heard the words “magical garden” by two people. As you can imagine my heart melted.
Oh my Janis, your “magical garden” sounds fabulous!
Would love that magazine I know! My favorite spot is a courtyard view from my kitchen with faux stone planters.
The swing on my patio
I live on the Little Red River in Heber Springs, Arkansas. My backyard is a vinca covered hill leading down to the river. It’s filled with trees and river ferns. I sit on my screened in porch and watch boaters going up and down the river. It’s wonderful. But a usable backyard? Not so much. However, my side yard is another thing entirely. It, too is full of trees — lots of shade. I have no grass but instead I have a carpet of moss. Love it. I have researched the care and feeding of moss. This is our second year here and I hope to make sure it thrives during our hot summer — which, I am sure will get here at some point. In that shady area, I have all of my favorites, hostas, ferns, hydrangea, and impatiens. During a storm one of my wrought iron chairs lost two of it’s legs. We removed the other two and hung the now legless chair from a huge tree branch. Now our 4 year old granddaughter has a very unique and definitely Southern swing. It is very heavy and pleas for “Higher, higher” are harder and harder to accomplish but I keep trying. Along with a wrought iron table and 2 chairs, I have my favorite type of yard — old fashionedly Southern. I love and appreciate your blog. The progress y’all made on your home astonish me Best wishes for continued success.
Susan, your outdoor oasis sounds wonderful. I can just imagine sitting out there and watching the boats on the river.I love moss, and I imagine your side yard is fabulous! Thanks for commenting!
My favorite right now is a little Cottage garden filled with beautiful flowers and dwarf bushes I have been working on for the last 3 years. The area used to be our pool that we filled in.
i would say my favorite outdoor spot is under my tarp sitting on my pallet style sofa and listening to everything around me !! put a fire in the firepit and you are set
Hi Cindy! My favorite outdoor space is my white Gazebo with brick floor! It is beside our pool and I just love sitting in it with the overhead fan running and just enjoying either the quiet or watching my grandchilden swim in the pool! Thank you for the giveaway and I would love to see the magazines! Have a blessed day! Susan
My fire pit.
