Glammed Up Pumpkins!
Who wants boring pumpkins?!? Not me! I want glammed up pumpkins! Sparkling and shimmering in luxurious fabrics, such as lambskin leather and metallic linens! It’s the perfect way to add a touch of elegance to your Fall decor!
A serious love affair ensued after seeing these luxurious shimmering pumpkins.
I know you have a certain place in your home that always gets the decorating touch when it comes to seasonal/holiday decorating……the mantel, a foyer table, the dining table, etc.
In our home, it’s the blue french buffet. It sits in our kitchen/breakfast room and it’s also near our back door, so it’s the first thing that friends and family see when they enter.
The blue buffet is the one piece that will always get decorated, even if nothing else does!
As I was thinking about how I wanted to display these fabulous shimmering pumpkins, I realized that they are the perfect Fall decor to keep out through Thanksgiving!
To decorate the french buffet, I placed an old French crate in the middle and filled it with some oak leaves collected from the huge oak tree in our yard.
Then, I simply piled the glam pumpkins on top.
I’ve always been drawn to mixing rustic with plush, and this easy vignette did just that!
Old cast iron garden candelabras were placed on each side adding more sparkle.
Boxwood wreaths are a decorating staple that I use year round. I hung one on the antique mirror using a suction cup with a hook, and nesting inside is a petite grapevine wreath holding a baby boo pumpkin.
This vignette was quick and simple, which in my book, is the best kind of decorating!

Your home is lovely. You have inspired me to paint, re-do, and recover road side finds (really!) and my favorite place to shop is my local Salvation Army. I just found a wonderful leather recliner that is soft and cushy and classy for $25!!!!!

Hi!!! First, I want to say , your home is beautiful , and the ideas are ABSOUTELY WONDERFUL!! You stated to visit the site : LOVE FEST SHOP. Great shop , it was a hard discussion to pick something that I would purchase/ want for $200.00.
Since, I am in a new house ( as of 4 days ago) it’s time to make it a HOME . What I have been doing is writing down in my notebook IDEAS , going thru magazines , and looking online for ideas . The style I’m looking for is SIMPLE, FRENCH , and COASTAL . With that said , it needs to be easy for me to keep up since I’m on Chemotherapy and have a lot of down days . Also, SIMPLE: is organized , everything has a spot , use of WHITE ( bedding and towels ) along with other items used to keep an ORGANIZED HOME . FRENCH : hand painted distressed pieces, pottery, pillows , rugs, flower arrangements , and items that you would see in a FRENCH INSPIRED HOME ( but keeping it Clean and Fresh ) , then COASTAL : that would come in with the Colors, I know I’ve said WHITE !!! I still want to see those colors with what I call a creamy base in them .. I love the use of nature , and natural elements .. To sum it up : SIMPLE : CLEAN AND FRESH, FRENCH : DISTRESSED PIECES ( Redo pieces w/paint) COASTAL : CALM WITH NATURE..
My email is named after my grand daughter, who was born around the time I was placed on Chemotherapy . She calls me MIMI.. It doesn’t matter ever how bad I feel just the site or sound of her and my grandson brings Joy and Happiness to my life .. What I would purchase first : the vintage sack ottomans ( 131.00 ) doing a pair of them … It would go with the idea I have planned for my new home. I also thought about : Mirror Quote Box.
( 127.50) this piece would be beautiful in my home ,since, I have several Mirror , Pewter, as well as ,Silver Pieces to use thru out the home . I also thought to go with the Mirror Box would be the Le Gateaux Closure ( 82.00 ) I would love several of these to use thru the home . It will be useful to display several special items of GREAT MEMORIES !!!

Pumpkins, I would definitely purchase some of their beautiful pumpkins. Choosing a color assortment would be hard, but there’s no doubt that I would buy pumpkins. Soft, squishy , velvet pumpkins in the jewel tones, or maybe the natural. What a delightful dilemma choosing would be!

I adore the Turquoise Large set of velvet pumpkins. It is a difficult decision as all their pumpkins are devine.
There are so many pretties! I think I would just have to have the velvet acorns!

Hi Cindy, I love your design style. The LoveFeast pumpkins are the perfect touch. I would choose the natural velvet pumpkins or the metallic linen pumpkins. They are all beautiful!
The pumpkins are glam for sure… but I am quite taken with the French flea market table. oh my!!!

I love all the pumpkin colors. But I would have to choose the Natural Pumpkin Set.
Since it is that tme of the year…I would choose the Love Feast set of pumpkins. And the little acorns and mushrooms are so cute too. Your buffet styling looks just beautiful!

Everything on their site is gorgeous, but if I had to choose, I would get the white velvet pumpkins. I have coveted them for months. As always, your home is an inspiration, Cindy. You have the Midas touch with decorating. Everything you do is perfect!

I would get the metallic linen trio in golden and the turquoise velvet trio….I think?! Oh my goodness It’s so hard because they have so many beautiful things. I am certain it would be pumpkins though as I would love to decorate with their beautiful pumpkins!
